Processing time refers to the period it takes for us to prepare and handle an order before it is shipped. This includes tasks like confirming payment, checking stock availability, packaging the items, and preparing them for dispatch. Processing time does not include the actual shipping duration and can vary depending on the product type, or volume of orders.

Our processing time for all orders is 10-21 working days, unless the product is stated as ready to ship. 

For coloured wigs (e.g Niyah) the processing time may be longer. You can check for the exact processing time of each product in the description box. 

Please note, your unit will not be ready before this time.

Standard delivery within the UK takes 2-3 working days.

Royal Mail Next Day Delivery by 1 PM is available for ready-to-ship items ordered by 3 PM.

Shipping to the USA and Canada takes 5-7 working days.

Shipping to Europe takes 5-7 working days.

For the rest of the world, delivery is within 7-14 working days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
